The development status and trend of my country's

 

In recent years, driven by the industry situation and national policies, my country's smart manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, with an output value of nearly 1.5 trillion yuan. However, because many core technologies are constrained by others, the growth of the domestic smart manufacturing industry still has a long way to go.

 

A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2018 smart manufacturing pilot demonstration projects, and a total of 99 projects were selected. According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Implementation of the 2018 Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project Recommendation" issued in April this year, the technology shortlisted for the 2018 smart manufacturing pilot demonstration project should be at the domestic or international advanced level.

 

At the beginning, the United States put forward the concept of intelligent manufacturing, which is usually regarded as the collective name of intelligent manufacturing technology and intelligent manufacturing system, and it is the product of the combination of manufacturing and informatization. In short, smart manufacturing is smart products, smart production and smart services supported by smart technology and information technology.

 

At present, the world economy is entering a downward trend, and countries are paying more and more attention to the development of the manufacturing industry, accelerating the promotion of technological innovation, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and the smart manufacturing strategy is continuously heating up. At present, therefore, intelligentization and greening have become the mainstream direction of manufacturing development, and intelligent manufacturing will also become the focus of competition among countries in the world.

 

In 2010, the output value of China's manufacturing industry reached US$1.955 trillion, surpassing the total output value of the United States and ranking first in the world. With the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing intelligence, my country's intelligent manufacturing industry has shown rapid growth. By 2017, the output value of China's smart manufacturing industry will be close to 1.5 trillion yuan, and it is expected that the output value will exceed 1.748 billion yuan by 2018.

 

In order to promote the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry, my country has successively issued a series of policies. In May 2015, the State Council issued the "Made in China 2025" guiding program, clearly proposing to promote the intelligent production process, organize the research and development of intelligent manufacturing equipment and intelligent production lines, and break through the intelligent core devices such as new sensors and industrial control systems.

 

In December 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "Smart Manufacturing Development Plan (2016-2020)", which clearly pointed out that by 2020, the development foundation and supporting capabilities of smart manufacturing will be significantly enhanced, and the key areas of traditional manufacturing will basically be digitalized. Significant progress has been made in the intelligent transformation of key industries with conditions and foundations.

 

The person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology pointed out that the development of my country's traditional manufacturing industry is faced with various constraints such as resource utilization and low return on investment. It is unlikely that the past model will be transformed and upgraded. Intelligent manufacturing has become an inevitable choice to promote the transformation and upgrading of global manufacturing.
